    You cannot extrapolate initial production to be the average production over a period of time .
    Vali is only a small field and after 4 years of production the field might only be producing around half the initial peak production .
    Production from oil and gas fields have front loaded production .
    More so from zones that are fracked and even more so from horizontal fracked wells ( not the case here ) .

    I feel sure that if they had gas from Vali that they could sell outside of the GSA they would have spelled it out .
    No one would be more pleased than me if my reading of what they have said is wrong .
