What you are saying makes sense and is probably correct.
The JV partners have conveyed it in a vague manner, in some presentations they state "all" and some they don't, we will have to wait and see.
The Blue Ocean report states: "Gas sales in the initial years are expected to be dominantly delivered into the AGL gas contract, with MEL retaining the ability to sell gas into either the spot market or higher-priced contracts insubsequent periods", this indicates to me that they will be able to sell some gas outside the AGL contract as dominantly does not mean all.
