Not that badly though. Number of shares would be under control and the funds would assist in growing future earnings.
The point I very badly tried to make it that a CR was needed and there was the real chance of the SP falling to the heavily discounted CR price. May aa well jump into the pool than putting a toe in - sometimes boldness is the key to a greater outcome. There would have been less a need to have another CR in the next 6 months as well.
