These figures are much closer to the ones I came up with which was around $3-400k/quarter gross profit to MEL.

181,051gj * $6 does equal $1,086,305... But thats for all 65 days - Not just 1 month like you have in your sheet.
I think your 'Net MEL Monthly' should be the total for the quarter (or 65 days of uptime)
