'AGL to recover the prepayment through 9 PJ of gas, spread across the length of the contract'
9PJ is 9 million GJ, which means 9PJ should be worth close to $90 million (at $10 per GJ). Plus, there is the processing cost associated with the 9PJ of gas, which is payable to Santos. If we assume the processing fee is $4 per GJ, the bill payable to santos will be $36 million!
Not sure if the MD explained it well. May be he meant pre-paid gas was covered as part of the first tranche
