I can see your point, but am not worried. The 750k was to be an additional payment to Patriot, in addition to the working capital already paid (and to be recovered). The only place where it would get tricky is if the contract terms are loose and they are having to pay extra for the Vali delays. They really can go down to nothing when they will have cashflow within a fortnight that will pay for corporate expenses.
