MEL owns a small part of the project - I think 25% but that could be wrong.
In any case, a nuisance vale for the partners - and maybe quite a low acquisition cost to balance the books so to speak.
Even at my wish list price of 12 cents it would be a mere $120mil or there abouts and they get an annual $25mil revenue stream as a result. Pay for the acquisition in 5 years with a project going for 20 years. I do realise that these figures are over simplistic o my part.
