In times of a bad economy, you want to have guaranteed / secure sources of income. This share satisfies that requirement in relation to their deal with AGL. The additional wells coming online going forward will only increase their income potential.
Perfect opportunity to enter this share as it is just coming off its lows. I wouldn't wait too long.
