Hi Huaneng,
In my view, we are looking at tight gas sands at Vali, not conventional sands - perms in the 0.01 - 0.1 mD range, perhaps up to 1mD at best. But then the Patchawarra in the Cooper Basin is primarily seen as a tight gas sand reservoir; see plots below from my post on July 24, 2020.
