Why should the company be trading as if there is an outstanding result just around the corner, when the directors have done a CR at a discounted rate diluting the value of the company. As I have said before they should never have returned capital to the shareholders a few years back. It was dumb, it was stupid. Cash is king and now we the long suffering shareholders are paying the price for poor decision making.
