The release from VEN is clear. It says as per the quote below that it is in October. We just need to be patient and keep our expectations under control for a bit longer & hopefully it will be worth the wait. It's not much longer now.

Fabrication is underway and we look forward to receipt of major equipment items in the coming months around which we will take the project to completion. Subject to these deliveries, we remain on track for first gas in October.”
