i hate this new format..its retrospective....i dont know why it was introduced..it has no transparency to the current situation...before it had something like expected outgoings next Qtr...?
..that is what we need to know...and the Qtr after...
..if you look at LTRs it says something ridiculous like..125 Qtrs forward funding...its a completely useless figure that has no relevance to future spending...
