    Hi mate

I will try to answer your question as accurately as possible.

    Firstly and most importantly
    - That some times there is no correlation between the share price and the actual company performance.
    - There is very often a disconnect between the MC value of a company and its true value including cash, assets and prospects moving forward.
    - There is sometimes FOMO raising share prices and very often the exact opposite occurs, Its a reality we deal with.
    - There is then also the matter of external unrelated forces affecting market sentiment, FEAR is the most lethal driver of selling. There is a lot of fear in the markets at the moment.

I think the selling has been as a result of external geopolitical fear driven by war, combined with international political uncertainty and lack of leadership.
Top this off with rising interest rates and an overvalued stock market internationally.
There is also the matter of inflation linked to quantitative easing (currency printing) and inability for governments to live within their means causing concern.
Not all stocks are overvalued and I think energy, miners and commodities will ultimately fare very well, there will be turbulence though, we are seeing this right now.
Energy and miners have not been the most popular stocks globally and VEN is no different, Momentum stocks are taking a hammering more than most. There is a slow rotation out of momentum stocks to either cash, energy, mining and commodities.

I do feel that management of VEN have done a very good job, despite the delay in becoming a producer.
You note that we do have cash and this is testament to good management of our transition to producer.
We are in the process of installing connecting infrastructure and this will transition to production within months.
Nangwarry is just one of a multitude of opportunities, we should not get hung upon this. Cash management in the current climate is important and I do not want any more dilution.

The market globally is very skittish, this results in a SELL first and then ask questions later, I do not agree with this being fully researched and comfortable. I do realize I am not a majority though.
I follow the companies progress firstly and then consider the price as a secondary matter. While the company has disappointed on price progress the actual company progress is rapid, I feed of this understanding is important.
We are dealing with government and those wheels grind away slowly, I am careful to not impose my flighty impulsive attitudes on VEN because that is unrealistic.

Be assured that inevitably the price will, or should reflect the companies performance.
    Cheers RED
