Guys they've had decent rain up there which restricts road access doesn't take much rain to make those roads very dangerous to drive on.
normally they try and schedule outdoor work in the cooler parts of the day. I'm not surprised by slight delays. I speak from experience as I spend a little bit of time up in the Cooper Basin.
