More likely that work up here goes a bit slower when its 40'c in the shade and 40+ baking in full sun,
there's heat management plans, permits, all sorts for work in oil and gas. ultimately people have to be on the tools in the heat to correctly bolt spools together. I'm sure progress is being made.
