Rain delays and heat waves. I get it.
I've always been very chipper towards management; I find it hard to tell the difference between excusable delays and inexcusable delays so err with the benefit of the doubt.
But, having been here for years I bought with the idea that we'd cash positive by July 2022 so you'll forgive a tiny bit of impatience.
