Some of you seem to have trouble following discussion threads here.
Let me help.

Discussion started with consequences directors can face when they tell porkies.
My comment was FB and his mates are now being made well aware of pending consequences. AKP was not mentioned.

FB is the chairman of PET. He is the dictator, errr director that calls the shots, makes all the decisions.
LF and RS are long time business mates with FB.

You may have no interest in this....fine. But if I were an AKP shareholder I would have some interest, if not least of all to look at the attitude Fred and his mates have towards shareholders of the public companies they control.

I'm sure they feel quite confident that their powerful friend Mark Leibler will keep them safe and protected from pesky shareholders.
