AGM with no demo will take place Nov/Dec. Not only are there holidays etc. there's things like being in a war zone & bombings going on and very limited access in or out right now. All good excuses for no chip demo.

Relisting application Dec. They will have to show they have enough capital to get through 12 months to be approved for re-listing.
