Hello. Why would you buy at $50 when you would be making a gain of 700% at $50 from the current share price. Also, if the company raised at $50 how much would they raise? $50M? So the company would issue another 1 million shares adding to the current 30 million shares (which would include the converted convertible notes). If a bunch of investors were competing for 1 million shares, they would get many each.
