According to many historical posts from rusted on down downrampers over many years, Fred is the only shareholder apart from a few deluded retail punters who post on HC.
He has retained his majority ownership and control by assiduously resisting issuing more shares than the bare minimum to keep the lights on.
Can't see this changing anytime soon. In my opinion if he does let go of his iron grip on AKP it will be due to a very generous take over offer. ( at least that's what I am hoping)
