Only weeks later shares are back to all time lows in what has been positive markets. Sellers now flood the screen with almost 700,000 shares to sell at various price levels. Hartleys flood market with sells dumping somewhere around 1.3 million shares in last week or so and buying strength completely disappears with support levels even back at historical lows close to non existent.

Twitter site updated a few days ago about a 30km piping project which was positive but other than that the momentum has completely disappeared whilst most other companies have continued to push higher well above the lows they went to. Except Valmec.
No reason to lose faith so why am I ?

Yep, and all the while not a peep out of the company. I sent an email to the contact person on their announcements identifying myself as a shareholder and asking some general questions about company communication. I didn't receive a reply...

They appear to be completely disinterested in their shareholders, whether institutional or retail.
