Litigation costs were $708000 in FY 20 according to accounts. I assume it is under professional fees in profit and loss.Supreme court proceedings started in August 2018. So may have been around $500000 in FY19 looking at accounts. More to come this year.
Your guess of costs of $2 million may be a bit high. Note John Holland have already provided a $2 million "good faith" payment in Sept 2018 which as you say needs to be deducted. Some good faith!!
