    because it's such a penny stock and there is so much volatility. VAL is a prime target for the pesky day traders making their 10% every "coupla days". VAL need cracking drilling results, then a consolidation, reval and hopefully be out of their sites. same shit happen with BOE. Now they are in a different league and being purchased by the other end of town. all my thoughts only and possibly wrong....
