Greetings from Canada. I held PGA in the past. This deal essentially leaves that company a shell with VAL grabbing their key assets, all lithium properties. The jewel of them, at least at the moment, is Frazer Lake Mound where discoveries were made this past summer. At this point only surface work has been done, but results to date have been quite impressive. Grab samples have assayed up to 7.25% Li2O, and anomalous values have been returned over a 9 km x 4 km area. They've stripped the high grade area this fall revealing a pegmatite 30-35 m at its widest. They recentlt stated that a number of channel samples had to be over limit re assayed because they were greater than 2.5% Li2O. Some (no idea how much) of that pegmatite body trends onto an adjacent provincial park.

Like I said, the project has so much potential. They're literally just scratching the surface of this discovery at this point , and then...they give it away! Anyway, wish VAL holders well.
