    I take from this announcement these strengths:

    1.Concentrate on Uranium - specialize in a field and keeping a finger in the copper pie.
    2.Valor also retains exposure to future exploration upside in Peru via a retained 20% project interest.
    3.Valor Executive Chairman George Bauk to be appointed to the Firetail board as a Director.

    Happy to hold and slightly underwater on holding position.
