I would be wary of the said valuation trying to drum up bond support. I agree UNV holders got shafted in value, but they have already 'recognised the value' in their 2020 financial report on the gain on acquisition, and suddenly now the valuation is multiples? Also let's not forget our friends at petra capital and the like - didn't UNV have $0.60 to $1.00 values? How many times did they give it a higher than $0.40 multiple and look what eventuated prior to TER?
Just because of this sudden valuation realisation, I would not invest. If it was that good then the directors should mortgage the house and back the company yeah?
