I should think so. Just look at the API4/Richard's Bay export prices from SA.
China has now started importing coal from SA which hasn't happened since 2015. China is, also, now having energy shortages and power rationing which is unheard of in more recent times.
Banning Australian coal seems to have backfired on them but if they keep up the ban then they'll need South African (and other) sources of coal as a replacement.
I'm less familiar with the Blair Athol coal but it's my understanding they don't export to China.
