Skoonzy, take this from someone with inside knowledge - AMED did that deal to satisfy Carlo Baravalle's bruised ego and settle his personal scores with the UNV management team that successfully blocked all AMED's previous attempts at screwing over the UNV minority/ retail shareholders.
