coal bug you are probably right, I have held unv since 2014 and have met Tony personally. I trusted that he would do the right thing the whole time. I haven't really looking into the people you are talking about and probably should have. At this stage I see ter as a wild card. Great potential run by cowboys in Claremont (funny enough not far from where I live). I do honestly believe there is grounds and opportunities to investigate the take over. I'm not sure if I should just keep holding and hope they can make something of this company.

I feel the news they keep putting out is to try and raise the share price so they can do a share purchase plan dilute the shares get some cash to help refinance. But in the long run I can't help but feel this is going to take a long time to be really worth something.
