That’s ridiculous and offensive oldgherkin. You couldn’t even buy a decent 2 bedroom waterfront apartment nearby for your suggestion . It’s a great business on prime land and I’m more than happy to hold shares, and to acknowledge the original inhabitants of the land on which it is built.
