I think this agreement as got a lot of upside, Baxter is now a juggernaut, not just in US but worldwide.

It will be interesting to see how much they can close in the next few quarters, because they've also got other large deals that have just closed. With ARR closing at ~$10M AUD at their year end (calendar year), they would effectively be on ~15x ARR on today's valuation. But of course this isn't fair because the valuation now takes into consideration these recent wins.

I do agree with @stag11 that Baxter might be doing this "strategically". Baxter have also signed a reseller contract with Beamtree recently and the intent there may be similar.
