Yet ANOTHER ‘sky is falling’ narrative bites the dust.

The pending doom accusation by our prodigal naysayers that the T/O condition of the $5m overdraft was a ‘time bomb’ that will sink VAN and the subsequent T/O by CYL, is now officially a non-event.

The O/D condition was so obviously minor and immaterial that a real investor wouldn’t bother asking but our naysayers due to their vindictiveness will continually persist in flooding this site with this type of nonsense. They have on the VAN site for over 5 years.

As sated previously:

“The naysayers as you have observed will cherry pick say one sentence out of a 64-page court document or one line in a bidder’s statement and build a 'War and Peace' narrative until time has passed and nothing eventuates then they will move on to next trivial concern. I could make a 30-page list but that will just bore most contributors.”
