Re: #2 and #3. The potential for the Main Stockpile and is high to very high. These ore piles were explicitly separated from the ~500kt waste pile that is further south. The ore is ready to be taken to the mill now and the impediments are knowing the grade so as to know the profitability, approvals to remove ore from site on a mining lease, arranging the transport logistics and confirming a timing schedule that works with the toll operator. While quick, 2025 feels realistic.

Re #4 and #5 - Diemen leach test. The potential here is medium to high with a similar timeline to above. In this instance there's more uncertainty about what residual grade the pile is and this most likely depends on the residual grades which most likely depends on the size the material was crushed to. The fractional assay distribution for the Laterite is below. For an intermittent bottle roll test (rather than a column leach test) it clearly shows is that where the material was a small size (~1mm and smaller) the test removed almost all the gold leaving behind only 0.1g/t. If the Diemen pit was crushed to a 1mm size then there probably wouldn't be any gold to economically recover.

All indications are that the crush size is much larger than 1mm. The normal design for heap leach piles is much larger than 1mm. With 1mm being close to coarse sand, the slopes/textures don't look like sand. If the piles were sand-like, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't still be a pile of ore in the same place after 30 years of storms. If the heap leach performed like the intermittent bottle roll test, all the 1mm and larger material could be good to toll process. Profitability might be improved by putting the material across a 1mm screen and not trucking/processing the sub 1mm material. That's an issue for TG6 and the met test work to figure out.
