That schematic may be lacking in detail, but my understanding is...

IMO based on this ann it seems feasible that completion could meet the time constraints of both the "agreement with U.S. Vanadium LLC for high purity vanadium oxide supply and technology licence" which expires around ~11/8/23 (unless extended) and the $3.69M federal grant which dictates "the manufacturing project must be fully completed by March 31, 2024. (ref https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/63998795/single)

"Orders have been placed for all long lead equipment items for the electrolyte facility, with deliveries expected during the second quarter of 2023. Any statutory approvals required are being progressed. Site preparation work at the Wangara facility is expected to commence during April, in anticipation of the arrival and assembly of the electrolyte manufacturing equipment."

As you accurately point out it is not a huge project, so say Site Prep work is finished by mid-May 2023, ready for arrival of equipment for assembly (May, June, July per above), this would leave around 12 weeks for assembly and commissioning. That's a 4 month timeframe, but add 1-2 months say for conservatism. So call it 6 months.

Compare this to say Primero's construction of Core's DMS Plant (obviously bigger scale / more complex plant), a roughly A$38M project that went from earthworks completion in late May 2022 to first production of spodumene concentrate announced 27 Feb 2023. A total of around 9 months (a lot quicker it seems than some new cars).

IMO U.S. Vanadium LLC would probably extend the agreement to accommodate a few extra months, given it will provide revenue for them.

A bit puzzled by your "woop woop" comment.

"Wangara is a light industrial suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Wanneroo. Wangara is one of Perth's busiest industrial areas. It is situated roughly 20 km north of the central business district, and is the industrial hub of the north side of Perth"

Maybe the "shed" is already there? That schematic may be lacking in detail, but my understanding is the design is based on U.S. Vanadium LLC technology (hence the licence agreement).

Regarding "long lead" time items, it is relative isn't it? If the project is say 6 months, 2-3 months is "long". Plus we don't know exactly when items were ordered.
