I interpret that a bit differently, my ballpark guess of 6 months from April would put completion around Oct 2023, and re post from @Pete1952 my assumption is it refers to calendar year, so IMO 4th quarter would be Oct/Nov/Dec 2023 for full production of electrolyte.
