ex holder (and have never held kdr), sold the day mzn announced it was going after kdr's assets ..litigation costs are bit of a kick in the guts but not unexpected...with 850K estimated outflows for this 1/4 plus KDR legals there is not much in the kitty..looks like a cr or cap in hand con notes going forward...needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat..gltah
