Neometals currently owns 59.5 percent of RISAB ( 50% direct plus 9.5% via 19% ownership of Critical Metals )
Then if Critical cannot find $3 million by March 31, Neometals takes a further 25% meaning a total holding of 84.5%.
Hope I am understanding this correctly... feels like things are moving in the right direction for this project.
