    IMO this depends how you prescribe value . i am down with a company doing great things that creates valuable public listed companies and gives me freebies whilst focusing on a range of indispensable, needed core tech, functions and products. IMO i feel this demerger demonstrates an investor /company reward focus i am happy to commit to for now.
