The label of price sensitivity is determined by the ASX and they have set parameters which they don't deviate from.
If you're complaining that the announcement isn't sexy, like we would all want a 'price sensitive' announcement to be, then I agree with you. But if you are complaining that the announcement is unnecessary, then you should direct your complaint to ASIC who administer the legislation governing company disclosures.
