No, you are misunderstanding how it works. Companies do NOT determine price sensitivity, the ASX does. Companies fill it out as per ASX rules, and if they get their 'guess' wrong, then the ASX changes it. I don't recall seeing an announcement changed, or even how the ASX would let us know about it, but that's probably because the ASX rules on Price Sensitivity are pretty easy to understand......if "a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities" then it's Price sensitive.

If you don't think that details of the production output, life of project, production cost per unit and capex requirements of a project are price sensitive as the ASX determines it, then you are in the eyes of the ASX and broader investment community not a reasonable person.

In the interim, if you truly think this announcement is not price sensitive, then you should complain to the ASX for their blunder. Let us know how you get on.
