The first thing the board needs to do is review the costs of running this business. Now that most of their projects have been put on ice the teams running these need to be let go. The nearly $4m in salaries and corporate costs spent during the quarter need to go under the knife immediately. Chris should also take a salary cut IMO - its the least he can do.
Remember that the whole board is complicit in this not just Chris! They share equal responsibility. Quite frankly there needs to be board renewal and I wouldnt be surprised to see a few board members jump ship or be pushed fairly soon JIMO
