understand cuts need to be made to pay the huge remuneration packages for the staff and business class airfares to travel around the world to every conference, but cutting 3/4 projects is a pretty decent cut.
NMT has had fantastic support from its shareholders and NMT has screwed them down to more than likely cap raise at super low levels as no one there is prepared to take a dollar less on their pay.
NMT instead of voting for 20-25% pay increases should actually be decreases as they have done F all and NMT has gone backwards, only thing hiking it together is MB and if they are in the wind we are too.
Stelco - we have no money, if we want to JV will have to dilute.
Itochu - haven't heard regarding this one for quite some time, maybe out of sight out of mind mentality from the board level and hope holders forget about it??? who knows.
