I suspect the opinion won't change, because the point was that anyone can generate a high purity sample of a few grams in a lab. You could take a dog turd and produce 99.99% of any element with enough lab processing. Producing economic commercial quantities from a mine is a very different story. High grade samples do well for day traders and sketchy BODs of exploration companies looking to feather the nests of their crooked associates on the back of CRs and option offerings. Real opportunities reward vision, patience, hard work, and still there is some significant luck and timing involved. Which of these KRR is remains to be seen, but over 20 years of nothing except two massive 20-bag pumps that coincided with hot global vanadium markets may hint at the likely answer.
