I've got to admit, today's report was a awake up call, it took me by surprise!. 2 to 2.5 Billion is a lot of money, in anyone's book, but for some large companies it's a good price to pay for a very long life mine with a huge up side. Cost of setting up, is estimated, to take what six years or so to pay back, for a long life mine, that's cheap! I think everyone knew that KRC couldn't raise this type of money on it's own, although the drop in the SP seems a little overdone. I think everyone must make their own decision on either hanging on or moving on. Many of the big miners at the moment are moving out of coal and diversifying, so there might be some interest in KRC. Then again there mightn't be? I'll wait to see what the latest drilling for gold report shows, before I jump ship.
