    The problem is, gongbeater, people with $2.5 bn are usually pretty smart. As such, if they can buy the same thing for $1bn they most likely will. Of course, as others have mentioned, there will also be Ti and Fe credits to consider, but I'd say there are far cheaper places to buy Fe, so it's just a matter of whether the Ti credits are worth the extra $1.5bn. And in terms of 1000 year mine life...does anyone really know what humanity will be up to in 100 years? For example, electric power is only just over 100 years old in Australia. Flight around the same. It might turn out that Mars or Europa have all the Vanadium we need. In any case I'm more interested in returns I'll get in my lifetime and maybe that of my children. As you know I was all for KRC, and it may still come good. Like some others I just think this announcement reduced the probability of KRC being one of the ones that makes it.
