Once the Army find a way forward and get budget approved (done) - they swing to action.......I expect they would line them up and test them all! If they are comfortable the test does what they need, avoids surgery and all the risks and costs associated ....from their point of view this is a cheap solution! I would also expect them to want to do it in a hurry while budget support is there, but also to isolate / put a cap on their liability.....exciting few weeks / months ahead for 4dx - GLTAH
