A TO offer would have to be priced at a massive premium and I can't see any of the Majors doing that until the tech is more thoroughly entrenched. But who knows. 4DX is still a minnow in the grand scheme of things and I get the impression that Andreas wants to build a global company as he knows what he's sitting on.
