This is a good deal and I can hardly think of any deal better than this in recent time. I did some research on CSVF and they are one of the best. This tells me two things. Sophisticated investors is backing Vango with 100% premium to market. Secondly, superior's effort to destroy/distract Vango is once again, defeated.
