All going great it seems at Billabong's camp. Then why hassle Vango? The constant attach from Billabong and these two here, only confirms my initial suspicion, that Vango probably hold something that is crucial for Billabong's future and they just can't afford to leave Vango alone.
So what would Billabong do I wonder? If they don't spend the 3m on K2 within the next 12 months, the offer expires and they back to square one. If they do, they will be fundamentally assisting Vango to become a producer where Vango holds at least 50% interests, which is even harder for them to swallow. haha...
