it would be quite prudent for VAN to takeover LSR prior to any major discovery at these prices. If they are going to spend $5m it may as well be on themselves. Although I do know that both managements have a great working relationship and want both companies to succeed outright. But I would pretty happy with more VAN shares before they take off again.
